PRODUCTION AREA: Various estate-owned vineyards located in the municipalities of Aymavilles, St. Pierre, Gressan, and St. Christophe.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Blend of local red grapes: Cornalin, Fumin, Vuillermin, Gamay, Petit Rouge.
VINE AGE: 15 years
CLIMATE: Alpine climate with short, cool, and breezy summers. Long, cold winters with strong temperature fluctuations.
HARVEST & ANNUAL PRODUCTION: Manual harvest in mid-October. 10,000 bottles.

ALTITUDE: 500–800 meters above sea level
SOIL TYPE: Morainic, loose, sandy soil with varying slopes, exposures, and positions.
VINIFICATION: Destemming of chilled grapes, 7-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (26°C), with daily pump-overs.
AGING: 6 months in stainless steel.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and underbrush (cherry, strawberry, blackberry), accompanied by floral notes. On the palate, it is delicate and light, with good acidity and fine tannins.
