As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is taken over by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow every step of the shipment.

International shipments are handled through Packlink, which automatically calculates the delivery fee and estimated delivery times based on the destination.

INSURED SHIPMENTS

Our shipments can be insured against damage, theft, or loss to ensure maximum protection for our customers.

Rates

Rome and surrounding areas: €8.50 each. For orders over €50.00, delivery is free.

For the rest of Italy: €12.00 each. For orders over €70.00, delivery is free.

For international shipping: we use the Packlink service, which automatically calculates the shipping fee.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well protected with sturdy packaging.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or in the event of a partial delivery, report the issue by writing the word “RESERVE” on the delivery document that the courier will ask you to sign and specify the type of issue encountered. Notify our customer service as soon as possible by sending a message using the Support Request feature in your order details, attaching photos of the damage or tampering.

In case of delivery delays, you can contact us within 30 days from the order date to allow us to carry out the necessary checks with the courier.
