Di Gaspare & C. s.r.l., based in Rome, offers a special agreement for the supply of high-quality food and wine products to employee associations (Cral), clubs, organizations, and both small and large companies.

The agreement is a preliminary arrangement with the organization, allowing employees/members and their families to access exclusive offers on high-quality Italian food and wine: emerging wineries and renowned wine producers, small farms producing cured meats, cheeses, pasta, preserved vegetables, tomato sauces, jams, honey, and sweets — all artisanal and organic, respecting natural cycles and the environment, and maintaining full control over the entire production chain.

The products will be offered at highly competitive prices compared to standard retail channels, through monthly newsletters featuring the latest offers, and with the opportunity to participate in tastings, visits to producers, and events that promote the discovery of Italian food and wine culture.

The company, club, Cral, or association agrees to inform its members/employees about this agreement and the related offers using its communication channels and methods deemed appropriate, or by delegating this task directly to Di Gaspare & C.

A privileged commercial relationship will be established directly with interested members, which completely excludes any liability for the organization requesting the agreement, including liability for damages or any other claims.

This agreement is valid for one year and will be automatically renewed each year unless terminated by either party through simple written notice.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC of 24.10.1995 and Legislative Decree 196 of 2003 regarding the protection of personal data.
