The Müller-Thurgau grape variety, a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royal, particularly enjoys the conditions at elevations above 500 m around the spa town of Merano which allow its multilayered bouquet to unfold. Lemon green in colour. Aromatic in the nose, reminiscent of nutmeg, herbs and lemon balm. Soft, complex and elegant on the palate, with a wellbounded, fresh acidity.
