A 100% Pinot Gris
Cultivation: Hillside vineyard facing west at the Wassererhof in the Lower Isarco Valley, at 450 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Gentle pressing after one day of cold maceration, aged for 8 months on the primary lees: 1/3 in stainless steel tanks, 2/3 in tonneaux barrels.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose: pear, peach, grapefruit. On the palate, it is refined, elegant, and persistent.
Perfect as an aperitif, and pairs well with vegetarian dishes, pasta, fish, and poultry.
