A 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Cultivation: The hillside vineyard faces west, located at the Wassererhof in the Lower Isarco Valley at 450 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Gentle pressing after a short maceration of whole or crushed grapes. 75% fermented in stainless steel tanks, 25% in tonneaux barrels. Aged on fine lees and partially on the primary lees.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow with greenish hues. On the nose, aromas of elderflower, citrus, and gooseberry. On the palate, it is elegant with a good acidic structure, persistent, and very fresh.
Pairs excellently with vegetable dishes, asparagus, fish, and white meats.
