“Radiant and straw yellow. The aroma recalls typical fruit notes such as apple, yellow peach, and pineapple. The taste is full, creamy, and savory. The vineyards of Clivi are composed of very old vines, with the majority ranging from 40 to 60 years old, and some plots not far from a century of age. The company practices organic and traditional viticulture. These white wines express themselves very well for up to 10 years from the harvest.”
