Radiant straw yellow in color. The bouquet recalls typical fruit aromas such as apple, yellow peach, and pineapple. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, and savory.
The vineyards of Clivi are made up of very old vines, almost all between 40 and 60 years of age, with some plots approaching a century in age. The estate practices traditional organic viticulture. These are white wines that express themselves beautifully for up to 10 years after harvest.
