Arneis perfectly embodies how even white grape varieties can thrive in Piedmont. A steadfast preserver of acidity and a wine of great character, it is celebrated both nationally and internationally. Vibrant and tireless, it ages well in the best vintages.
“SàMai” is a fanciful name inspired by a typical expression in the Piedmontese dialect.
Intense straw yellow in color, it features predominantly floral and fruity aromas, with chamomile and peach leading the way. A full-bodied wine with good acidity, it is round on the palate, well-balanced, and persistent.
With a couple of years of bottle aging, SàMai develops aromas of dried fruit and hazelnuts.
Perfect with soups, light appetizers, raw dishes, salads with white meats and pomegranate, and creamy cheeses.
