A difficult and capricious grape variety, but one that, like few others, manages to express the beauty of these lands; naturally, only in the best vintages, the only ones in which this wine is produced. Pure Perricone, the vines have an average age of 15 years, and the wine can be aged in the cellar for over 10 years. Maturation takes place in mostly used 500-liter tonneaux for 8 months, and it is unfiltered. Bottle aging lasts at least 2 months. Only 5,000 bottles are produced.
