Catarratto Bianco, grown biodynamically on sandy soil at an altitude of 600 meters. Yield per hectare is 40 quintals, with vines that are 50 years old. Hand-harvested in small crates in September, this is a full-bodied wine—balanced, fresh, with a clean taste, good palate persistence, and notable aging potential.
The color is straw yellow. On the nose, it is expansive, with notes of yellow field flowers, chamomile, citrus, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is dry and savory, with truly surprising acidity and a long, persistent finish.
