The wine is produced in the Sas Ruinas area, in the municipality of Luras (Gallura, Northeastern Sardinia), in a hilly zone at an altitude between 250 and 350 meters above sea level. The soil, originating from the disintegration of granite, tends to be sandy and is mechanically worked in spring and early summer.
This wine has a straw-yellow color and is elegant, structured, and enveloping on the palate, with an intense taste and aroma. It features fresh scents reminiscent of exotic fruits and a typical slightly bitter finish.
It’s a wine that delivers emotion with every sip. It combines the freshness typical of a white wine with the longevity and structural characteristics of a red.
It pairs beautifully with fine seafood cuisine and semi-aged cheeses.
