Passerina Santapupa DOC white wine is an immediate and pleasant white wine; vinification exclusively in stainless steel allows the characteristics of the grape variety to be fully enhanced. Passerina Superiore Abruzzo DOC is one of the wine styles included in the Abruzzo DOC designation, a DOC from the region.
The Santapupa line features labels designed from artwork by Teramo-based artist Fabrizio Sannicandro. The name was chosen to recall a typical expression from our area, ‘Oh Santapupa di pezza!’, and also to evoke the ‘ballo della pupa’, a traditional dance associated with local village festivals.
