Bright straw yellow color with golden highlights. Pronounced and complex aroma. Notes of ripe exotic fruit, floral and herbal nuances, with an elegant citrus note. Full-bodied and rich. Vinous flavor with hints of small red berries. Fresh, pleasantly bitter aftertaste with lively acidity.
Recommended with: flavorful appetizers such as cured meats and cold cuts, grilled fish and shellfish, white meats, shellfish, and Asian cuisine.

Bottling: usually at the end of May
Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. The young wine is aged 30% in large wooden barrels and 70% in stainless steel.
