A wine born from extreme terrains — this is true heroic viticulture. The grapes are 100% Priè Blanc, sourced from vineyards on sandy soils at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level.
The color is clear, straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, distinct notes of aromatic herbs, floral hints (hawthorn), white fruits (Williams pear), and a spicy touch of white pepper.
On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and persistent, with pronounced mineral notes and a solid acidic backbone. Balanced and aromatic.
Pairs well with fish and white meats, medium-aged cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
