2020: for reasons we all know, it was not an easy year, however, nature took a little revenge, creating ideal conditions for ripening. This helped us harvest grapes that combine concentration and finesse.
Cultivated with organic fertilization and integrated pest management (as per EU regulations) with the abolition of chemical weeding, the harvest carried out by hand. This wine has an aging potential of more than 20 years.
It enhances regional cheese preparations, vegetables and San Daniele ham. Also excellent with freshwater fish.
