A wine with a clear color, intense aroma, and rich flavor—as refreshing and pleasant as a “cool spring” on a hot summer day. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish.
PRODUCTION AREA: The vineyards are located in the heart of Mandrolisai, a hilly area at about 550 meters above sea level, in the territory of Atzara.
SOIL TYPE: Soil of granitic origin, medium-textured with a sandy tendency.
GRAPE VARIETY: Local indigenous grape variety.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Bush-trained (alberello) and trellised (spalliera) vines.
PLANTING DENSITY: 5,000 vines per hectare.
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: The grapes, harvested in September, are vinified together. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature with a maceration of approximately 20 to 25 days. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow in color, with a lingering bouquet offering notes of Mediterranean scrub, white fruit, and almond. On the palate, it is flavorful and invigorated by great freshness.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes and white meats.
