From Grand Cru vineyards located in the communes of Ambonnay and Bouzy. The number shown on the label identifies the dominant vintage of the cuvée. 15% reserve wine. Aged 36 months on the lees.
Shaman 22 is dominated by Pinot Noir (84%) from Ambonnay, which brings power and body to the Champagne, with a touch of Chardonnay (16%) adding balance and finesse.
Golden in hue, with delicate bubbles and a fine, creamy mousse.
On the nose, it reveals citrus notes along with marked minerality, as well as hints of dried fruit and pastry cream.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh, and delicious. The finish is persistent and mouthwatering—broad yet delicate.
