A Ribolla Gialla “Metodo Ancestrale Col Fondo” – an indigenous wine made using the oldest sparkling wine method. We’re talking about an orange wine: its color is a cloudy straw yellow, with a floral and fruity bouquet featuring typical citrus aromas, bitter almonds, melon, and exotic fruits.
The palate is broad and mineral, fresh, vibrant, and harmonious, with a yeasty note. It pairs well with soups, risottos, cheeses, and makes an excellent aperitif.
