The Chianti Classico Riserva comes from the selection of grapes from the vineyards most suitable for long aging. Vinified in steel with a maceration of about 20 days, it is aged in smaller second passage woods for about 18 months, and then rests for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle. Grape composition: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo and Colorino.
