The producer tells us: Brilliant ruby color, typical of the grape variety and easily recognizable. It stands out for its excellent balance between the intensity and complexity of spicy aromas of small wild berries and violets, as well as immediate, clean, captivating, and fresh aromas. On the palate, it is very harmonious, with a good presence of tannins. It expands warmly, with a long and persistent finish, a velvety and round body, a slightly spicy finish, and a very balanced acidity. It pairs well with speck, cold cuts, game meat, red meats, and aged cheese.
