Loazzolo DOC Late harvest is the maximum expression of Moscato d’Asti grown in Loazzolo, a wine with a unique and singular peculiarity that gives typical aromas of the grape variety and the area of origin. Harvest carried out late from 100% white muscat grapes partly left to dry on trellises, all open and partly harvested from the end of November. It is then that the clusters are still present in the vineyards sunk by Botritis Nobile, they took on a golden straw yellow color and send hints of candied fruit. Intense, persistent, pronounced bouquet, hints of dried clary sage, jam, vanilla and honey; sweet taste – not sweet, broad with elegant and caressing body.
