The artisanal Panettone from Antica Pasticceria Muzzi needs no introduction: for over 80 years, sourdough has been used here. Made according to tradition, the panettone is crafted over about 50 hours, giving us a soft cake where the aroma of butter blends with that of candied citrus peels, along with hints of baking.
Adelasia Piero Mancini Vermentino DOCG Spumante. Vermentino di Gallura reaches the height of elegance in this brut sparkling wine with a fine, velvety perlage and a pleasant aromatic freshness. Straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage. Fresh, fine, fruity, and spicy aroma, reminiscent of aromatic herbs, sage, and citrus fruits. Lively taste, savory, with fresh acidity, good balance, medium body, and great aromatic persistence.
