The nose reveals a complex and fine boquet, which over the years focuses on the breadth of the nuances, well represented by toasted almonds, caramelized hazelnuts, Mediterranean scrub and helichrysum, eggnog, orange blossom and bergamot, and intense ethereal notes. In the mouth alcoholic, dry and with a marked salinity and convincing freshness, these are characteristic notes of the terroir and grape variety, of great intensity and persistence.has an intense and persistent aroma, on the palate there are almondy sensations and toasted hazelnuts. The flavor is dry, soft and warm due to the high presence of alcohol which softens in the mouth showing a surprising balance. Long aging wine. Malvasia di Bosa is a great meditation wine but it can be accompanied with dry pastries, preferably with dried fruit and should be tried with blue cheeses.
