The Gewürztraminer is South Tyrol’s indigenous white wine grape variety and really flourishes at the lower elevations around Merano. Records from as long ago as the 11th century mention this extraordinary, unique and extremely aromatic white grape.

Cold maceration for 12 hours in the press. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Ageing on the fine lees for 5 months.
The colour is vivid straw yellow with green reflexes. The flowery aromas remind of roses, nutmeg and citrus fruits. Fresh and elegant on the palate with a long finish
