Let’s talk about one of the great Italian red wines. The company is in Serdiana in Sardinia a few kilometers from Cagliari. For many years the coach was the same as Sassicaia: Giacomo Tachis. Turriga is a typical Geographical Indication-Isola dei Nuraghi red wine, made from Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo and Malvasia Nera grapes.
Intense ruby red wine with a rich and complex bouquet. On the palate it has a great structure, balanced, fine and persistent. Very high “souplesse” index. It goes perfectly with stewed wild boar, sleeping game, spiced red meats and seasoned Sardinian pecorino
