It is a 100% Vermentino with a straw yellow colour. It is an elegant wine, but at the same time very structured, enveloping on the palate and intense both on the taste and on the nose, with fresh aromas reminiscent of exotic fruits and a bitterish finish typical of Vermentino grown in the rugged Gallura lands.
It is a wine capable of giving an emotion with every sip. The peculiarities of this wine are twofold and contrasting with each other, in fact, it combines the typical freshness of a white wine with the longevity and structural characteristics of a red wine.
It goes perfectly with great seafood cuisine and semi-mature cheeses.
