“Sixty-four” is the year in which Giampaolo Parpinello started his career as an oenologist in Sardinia. This wine commemorates his first 50 years of dedication and passion for vines and wines. This Vermentino is made from selected grapes.
Harvest: Selected grape clusters
Vinification: Cold – maceration followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days
Visual exam: Intense, straw yellow
Olfactory examination: Elegant, with notes of fruit and white flowers
Gustatory examination : Balanced taste, well structured and smooth. Pleasant finish of bitter almond
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, with fish, shellfish, and white meats
